Method Of Payment

  1. All registration payments for the 13th PIT IKA - Annual Scientific Meeting of Indonesian Pediatric Society Malang 2025 — including Symposium, Workshop, Accommodation, Ladies Program, and Kinship Soirée — must be made via Virtual Account.

  2. Several bank options are available for Virtual Account payments.

    The following is a list of the banks that can be used:

    1. BCA
    2. Permata
    3. Maybank
    4. Mandiri
    5. CIMB Niaga
    6. BRI
    7. Danamon
    8. BNI
    9. BSI
  3. Payments via Virtual Account are valid for 1 hour only.

  4. A transaction fee (IDR 5.000) will be applied to each payment made via Virtual Account

  5. No manual confirmation is required — your payment will be automatically verified once completed

  6. Once the payment is successfully processed, the receipt (invoice) will be automatically sent to the participant’s email

Cancelation Policy

  1. All cancellations must be made in writing and sent by email to:

    secretariat@pit13ika.com

  2. The registration fee will be refunded with the following cancellation conditions:

    1. Cancellation > 30 days before the event: 50% of the payment will be refunded

    2. Cancellation in 30 days before the event & during the event: No refund

    3. Participants who have paid but did not attend the event will not get a refund of registration fee

  3. The refund will be processed 3 months after the 13th PIT IKA - Annual Scientific Meeting of Indonesian Pediatric Society Malang 2025 is completed.

Payment Instruction

  1. Log in to the Attendee Portal

    Go to the official attendee portal:

    https://ereg.pit13ika.com/login

    and log in with your registered email and password. If you haven't registered, please do so first.

  2. Choose the Product You Are Registering For

    After logging in, choose the product you are registering for (Symposium, Workshop, Accommodation, Ladies Program, Kinship Soirée, etc.) and click the "Proceed to Payment" button for the transaction you wish to process.

  3. Payment Information and Virtual Account Number

    A new window will appear displaying your invoice number, the amount to be paid, and the bank Virtual Account options. After selecting your bank, the system will display your assigned Virtual Account number.

  4. Finalize Your Payment

    Immediately transfer the payment to the displayed Virtual Account number using your ATM or online banking. Ensure payment is completed within 1 hour of generating the Virtual Account

  5. Payment Verification

    Once your payment is successfully completed, it will be automatically verified, and a notification will be sent to the registered email address and WhatsApp number.

  6. Payment Failure

    If the payment is unsuccessful within the given time frame, you will need to generate a new Virtual Account and attempt payment again.
